Where We Ship
Petlura currently ships to the United States and Canada.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (Q4, major holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Times
- United States: 2–10 business days (varies by product, exact estimate shown on each product page)
- Canada: approximately 11 business days on average
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after shipment.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, we'll investigate and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
